Senior Mining Planning Engineer - Underground

You will have a FIFO opportunity to work on an exciting and busy Gold project. Your key responsibilities will be contributing to pit design, pit closure and rehabilitation. To succeed in this role you will need a Bachelors degree in Mining engineering along with a First Class Mine Manager ticket.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • You must hold a Bachelors degree in Mining engineering and have a valid First Class Mine Manager ticket.
  • You should have 10+ years of experience in mine planning along with some exposure to studies.
  • You must be well-versed with the use of Deswik.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • You will perform medium and long-term mine planning along with LOM planning.
  • You will update the LOM plan every six months including design, schedule and costs.
  • You will perform yearly reserve statements.
