Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into product design, production, and distribution processes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of suppliers and vendors to ensure adherence to ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and execute training programs to build internal capacity and awareness on sustainability best practices.
  • Promote sustainability and circularity through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.


Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sustainability, circularity, and ethical sourcing within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in driving sustainability initiatives and reducing environmental impact.
  • Strong knowledge of circular economy principles, waste reduction strategies, and sustainable materials.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
