Sustainability Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Sustainability Consultant to lead our national sustainability program delivery for rating commercial office assets.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in sustainability, waste or circular economy consulting, with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite and data platforms is also required.

  • Plan and deliver a portfolio NABERS Waste rating programme for 30-40 sites.
  • Conduct site visits to rate and provide certificates and reports.
  • Communicate rating outcomes to site teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified NABERS Waste Assessor to join our team and contribute to shaping sustainable waste practices across Australia.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and coordinating site visits, rating buildings, and providing insights to improve waste outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive NABERS Waste rating programme.
  • Collaborating with site teams and contractors to optimize rating outcomes.
  • Providing regular programme updates to stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability, waste or circular economy consulting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and data platforms.

You will also need to be willing to travel interstate (1–5-day trips) and be proficient in using MS Office suite and data platforms.
