Procurement Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to facilitate the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of parts for planned maintenance events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities to support effective business operations
  • Expedite parts for planned maintenance events and track overdue orders
  • Develop reporting and processes to support the procure-to-pay process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in supply chain with ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
