Job Title: Food and Cleaning Assistant

Food and cleaning professionals are essential to the smooth operation of any food service establishment. As a Food and Cleaning Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all areas of the kitchen and dining spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and assemble meals for patients with varying dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Order and manage inventory of food supplies and equipment to ensure seamless meal preparation and delivery.
  • Recycle and dispose of waste properly to minimize environmental impact.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and perform other associated cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to food safety, cleanliness, or facility maintenance to supervisors promptly.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
