Beefy’s have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior** **Customer Service Assistant**at our **Ballina Store.**

Beefy’s proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more Our premium products are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards. Our production facility supplies our 14 stores across South East Qld and Northern NSW.

Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.

**The Role**
The role will involve working a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday and between the hours of (approximately) 05.00am and 18.30pm.

**Senior** positions will involve opening/closing the shop therefore your own transport will be essential. Training will be provided at one of our existing stores.

**About You**

**Duties will include**:

- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number one priority
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness

**Seniors**:

- Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimizing wastage
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
- Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
