We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales professional to join our team at our Ballina store.
">Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Promote and develop our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met and the store runs smoothly.
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
- Previous experience in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.
- Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
