Compensation Management Professional
">This is a full-time compensation management role that will support the finance team with end-to-end compensation administration.
Main responsibilities include accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, verification and reconciliation of compensation data to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, handling employee queries related to compensation, and maintaining and updating compensation records in line with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in compensation processing, preferably within a business services environment.
