Key Role:

This role involves managing all aspects of employee compensation, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and annual pay reviews.

The successful candidate will also oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

In addition, they will manage payroll taxes and workers' compensation claims.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly analytical skills with excellent Excel skills and high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience processing payroll and award interpretation.
  • HR systems experience across time & attendance, payroll processing and HRIS.
  • Excellent collaboration skills as part of a team towards a common goal.
