Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional who will provide exceptional customer support as a Service Advisor. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Adelaide, with experience in diesel mechanics or site planning. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically minded and has excellent communication skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expanded support to customers, documenting their inquiries, and escalating complex issues. You will also be required to generate knowledge content and deliver training to new hires.

  • Provide top-notch customer service through various mediums, including chat, email, and phone
  • Document customer inquiry information within our systems
  • Resolve non-routine customer issues using your understanding of our processes and practices
  • Escalate complex issues while providing documentation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge content to support training and development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industry experience and a mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and technical aptitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous relevant work experience is preferred. This role may require licensing for compliance with regulations.
