Design Manager - Dams Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Design Manager to lead our dams projects in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to engage project delivery teams and collaborate with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities include overseeing overall design delivery, ensuring quality, time, and budget constraints are met, and working collaboratively with leaders across the team for project delivery and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience;
  • 8+ years of experience in dams engineering and design;
  • Proven track record in delivering large projects on time, within budget, and outstanding quality;
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing;
  • Client relationship/management skills and experience.
