Job Description

As a Director Level Dams Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and running engineering components of complex dam projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and running engineering components of complex dam project initiatives
  • Guiding and mentoring a team of engineers to provide high-quality outputs and excellent client service
  • Leading design teams and programs to drive project success
  • Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in delivering above expected outcomes and a strong technical capability within the dam industry
  • A passion for leadership and mentoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry partners
