Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Educators and Teachers to deliver exceptional care and education to children. We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our 74-place childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage daily centre operations, staff performance, and relationships with parents.
  • Inspire and support the professional growth and development of Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Create engaging activities that cater to the holistic needs of children.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to strict policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles.
  • A current Working with Children check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
