Job Role Summary:

The Centre Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a repair centre.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality Control and Quote Preparation: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Financial Performance and Reporting: Ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review financial reports, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using provided tools.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive relationships with work providers.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe site by managing the WHS system, following all policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses immediately.
