Job Role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in expanding our portfolio and delivering a compelling customer offer.

Main Responsibilities
  • To identify business growth opportunities and convert leads within the defined market through a collaborative approach with Sales Team.
  • Develop strategic relationships with existing and potential customers by adopting a proactive approach.
  • To build a robust sales pipeline and achieve targets while working closely with local marketing and technical campaigns.
  • To collaborate with customers to deliver specialized rigging equipment that meets their needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of BDM or Sales experience preferably in mining or heavy machinery.
  • Prior experience in lifting and rigging markets would be an advantage.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence.
  • Able to foster meaningful relationships with customers.
  • A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • An Australian driver's license is required.
