As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of a small, close-knit team delivering high-quality care to older Australians. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with residents and staff, and contribute to a compassionate and inclusive work environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing person-centred nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing
- Guiding and mentoring Care Assistants in daily care delivery
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
- Working within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
- Administering medications and performing nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and functional status
- Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication across the care team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Working rights in Australia
- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
