Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and plan local area marketing strategy to drive new and quality leads.
  • Develop all marketing activities, including eDMs, social media, PR activity, events, renders, floorplans, design and signage for hoardings, brochures, content and testimonials.
  • Manage Domain, REA listings and property photography requirements.
  • Ensure website information is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Interpret data to drive insight-led marketing and enhance marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials.
  • Property industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders of all levels and supplier management.
  • Marketing knowledge and expertise in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A valid driver's license.
