**Marketing Strategist Role Description**

**About This Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and drive business growth.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on marketing initiatives and tactics to optimize market performance.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including copywriting, visual content, and media planning.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for existing services.
  • Support business growth by planning and implementing marketing programs, policies, and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee social media marketing, including setup, optimization, and management of lead generation campaigns across various platforms.

**Requirements**:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools.
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising after qualification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and outcomes clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
