Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our in-house Legal Services department. The ideal candidate will have significant commercial or generalist experience and be able to provide expert legal advice on a range of complex agreements and transactions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Lawyer, Legal Services, to deliver high-quality legal solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice across a range of legal fields, including commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance.

You will also be involved in unique and high-value transactions and projects, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' post-admission experience in a general/commercial practice
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
