Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external customers and performing various administrative tasks and reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external customers over the phone and via email.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote products and services on offer to customers.
  • Work co-operatively across a busy sales team environment.
  • Liaise with other departments to complete general clerical duties.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain successful working relationships with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or allied industries would be highly regarded.
