About Our Role

We are seeking a senior legal professional to join our team as a Corporate Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice on various matters, including corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters.

Requirements

  • Senior lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in a corporate/commercial environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in law and current practicing certificate or ability to readily regain it.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Company Secretary.
  • Able to balance commercial and legal considerations to deliver practical solutions.
