Expert Commercial Lawyer

This role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in commercial law and leverage it for professional growth. You will be working with a supportive team that prioritizes work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a legal practitioner in commercial/regulatory law, with the ability to strategically manage legal risk and provide expert advice on commercial transactions, leases, software contracts, and intellectual property matters.
You will also be expected to draft and review complex legal documents, reports, and presentations. A commercially minded and outcomes-focused individual who can advise on compliance and insurance matters is sought after.
