Business Intelligence Specialist

The Business Intelligence Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing the Salesforce platform. This includes resolving data quality issues, conducting detailed analysis, and implementing remediation strategies to enhance data integrity across Salesforce.

Working closely with the Salesforce development team, you will refine validation rules, strengthen platform logic, and deliver actionable insights for key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive data quality analysis across the Salesforce platform.
  • Identify root causes of data issues and quantify their business impact.
  • Map and analyze business scenarios across multiple entry channels (Web, Email, Chat, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers to refine validation rules, logic, and remediation activities.
  • Document findings, processes, and recommendations in a structured and actionable format.
  • Provide insights to balance development priorities with data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support ongoing clean-up and remediation across Salesforce and related entry points.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience resolving data quality issues.
  • Background in data analysis, root cause investigation, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to map complex business processes across multiple data entry channels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with developers and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable, but not mandatory).
  • Strong SQL/SOQL skills for data querying and analysis (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into business insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Salesforce platform experience (advantageous).
  • Experience with data validation, business rules, and CRM data management.
  • Prior involvement in data optimization projects within enterprise platforms.
