**Year 5 Teacher Role Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective teaching programs, ensuring diverse learning needs are catered to. A key aspect of this role is to plan and prepare engaging lessons that promote interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare tailored lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying abilities
  • Develop and implement interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school objectives and strategic planning
  • Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible to hold registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
  • Be fully supportive of Catholic Education's ethos and values
