Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the performance of a high-performing team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, managing, coaching and motivating team members on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a contact centre environment, with a proven ability to engage and motivate teams. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver coaching and mentoring to agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and engagement
  • Deliver coaching and mentoring to agents
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Drive process improvements
  • Achieve contractual KPIs / daily, weekly, monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a Contact Centre Environment
  • Ability to engage & motivate team
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Time management and Planning Skills
  • Decisive - Clear and logical decisions
  • Strong analytical skills as will be working with large data sets
