
Contact Centre Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the performance of a high-performing team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, managing, coaching and motivating team members on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a contact centre environment, with a proven ability to engage and motivate teams. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver coaching and mentoring to agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance and engagement
- Deliver coaching and mentoring to agents
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive process improvements
- Achieve contractual KPIs / daily, weekly, monthly targets
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a Contact Centre Environment
- Ability to engage & motivate team
- Experience working directly with clients
- Time management and Planning Skills
- Decisive - Clear and logical decisions
- Strong analytical skills as will be working with large data sets
Benefits:
