A talented Learning and Development Professional is required to drive organisational capability uplift, design impactful learning experiences, and support employee growth in a leading Australian organisation.

This unique opportunity enables a seasoned professional to join an experienced People and Culture team and make a lasting impact through strategic learning and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organisational development, instructional design, and facilitation, with strong skills in workforce planning, mentoring programs, succession planning, and leadership capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic learning roadmaps aligned to business goals and workforce needs
  • Delivering effective learning solutions through e-learning, coaching, workshops, and real-time application
  • Supporting leadership growth through mentoring programs, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives
  • Overseeing the end-to-end learning process—from training needs analysis through to measuring outcomes
  • Enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver scalable and accessible learning solutions

The successful candidate will be passionate about building high-performing teams, possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
