The Chief People Officer will lead the strategic direction of people and culture at a leading not-for-profit organisation. This role shapes and delivers workforce strategies to support the organisation's bold ambitions, uplift capability, champion workplace culture, and ensure teams can thrive.Key responsibilities include IR/ER, HR operations, learning and organisational development, quality, and workplace health and safety.
