The Chief People Officer will lead the strategic direction of people and culture at a leading not-for-profit organisation. This role shapes and delivers workforce strategies to support the organisation's bold ambitions, uplift capability, champion workplace culture, and ensure teams can thrive.Key responsibilities include IR/ER, HR operations, learning and organisational development, quality, and workplace health and safety. The remit is broad and complex, spanning multiple awards, enterprise agreements, and union relationships.A proven people executive with deep expertise in complex industrial environments is sought.
