Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong computer skills, preferably with experience using Opera PMS
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • An empathetic approach to understanding and meeting guest needs
  • A willingness to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
