Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing open homes, private inspections and entry condition reports.

Your role will involve handling routine inspections and tenant communication with professionalism, processing applications, conducting reference checks and preparing lease renewals. Building strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients is also an essential part of this position.

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of real estate experience, a Certificate of Registration (COR) and a reliable car and driver's license. You will also require strong knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, as well as polished communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
