Paediatrician Staff Specialist Gawler Health Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatrician to join our team at Gawler Health Service. As a Paediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children and adolescents in our region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical care to patients in our Paediatric service, including newborn checks, rapid access clinics, and general Paediatric clinics.
- Engage in on-call duties, including neonatal resuscitation and after-hours consultations.
- Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and service planning meetings.
- Provide a high-quality consultant service to inpatients and affiliated agencies.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate clinical records and coordinate follow-up care for hospital patients.
- Fellowship of the RACP (or equivalent) and eligibility for registration as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of our Paediatric service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
