Paediatrician Staff Specialist Gawler Health Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatrician to join our team at Gawler Health Service as a Staff Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the development of our Paediatric service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical care to patients, including newborn checks, rapid access Paediatric Clinics, and general Paediatric Clinics.
- Engage in on-call duties, including neonatal resuscitation and providing a high-quality consultant service to inpatients.
- Contribute to clinical audits, clinical safety and quality activities, and service planning meetings to ensure the maintenance of quality outcomes and standards of practice.
- Support and contribute to the continuing education programmes within the hospital in the discipline of Maternity Service.
- Prepare statements and reports as requested by the Director of Medical Services.
- Fellowship of the RACP (or equivalent), eligible for registration as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients.

- Ability to contribute to clinical audits, clinical safety and quality activities, and service planning meetings.
