Paediatrician - Staff Specialist - Gawler Health Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatrician to join our team at Gawler Health Service as a Staff Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services to patients, including general paediatrics, neonatal care, and rapid access clinics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours services, ensuring the provision of 24/7 care to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Engage in teaching and education activities, supporting the development of junior medical staff.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or equivalent.
- Eligibility for registration as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to participate in on-call and after-hours services.
