About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure IT systems and architectures to protect against cyber threats
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to quickly respond to and contain security incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our clients' security posture remains strong
Requirements
  • Strong background in cyber security with a focus on threat intelligence and incident response
  • Experience with cloud security platforms and tools, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Azure AD
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk and other security information and event management (SIEM) tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
