About the Opportunity

Cumberland City Council is seeking an experienced professional to join our Property Transactions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the management and delivery of property advice regarding Council's Property portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all property transactions. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and expert support in the management and delivery of property advice
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all property transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide high-level verbal and written communication
  • Prepare Council reports and review documentation
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in property economics or a property-related discipline
  • Previous experience in property management, lease administration, and transactions
  • Highly developed negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with overall portfolio management, including stakeholder management, tenant liaison, and leasing queries
  • Class C driver's license
