About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Storage Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying engineering principles and technical knowledge to support the development and improvement of residential and commercial energy storage systems.

This role involves conducting engineering testing and validation of product reliability, thermal performance, and functional safety. You will also implement technical solutions into projects and production processes, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to support the development and improvement of residential and commercial energy storage systems.
  2. Conduct engineering testing and validation of product reliability, thermal performance, and functional safety.
  3. Implement technical solutions into projects and production processes.
  4. Assist in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  5. Provide technical support for project implementation, customer applications, and field operations.
  6. Maintain technical documentation and engineering reports.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in energy storage systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, CAD).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication abilities.
