Job Role: Project Marketing Manager

This is a high-profile role that requires leadership and strategic planning skills to develop and execute project marketing strategies.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the development of marketing plans across digital, print and event channels.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, email campaigns, social content, presentations and sales tools.
  • A key aspect of this role will be managing agency relationships and media bookings to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • We are also seeking someone with strong market research and competitor analysis skills to inform strategy.
  • The successful candidate will own and manage project marketing budgets and invoices, ensuring alignment to forecast.
  • They will be required to track performance of marketing initiatives and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • This role involves working closely with Sales, Development and Creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Public Relations are essential.
  • Proven experience in property development marketing, including launches, is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure are crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Highest level of organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail is necessary.
  • Data-literate, with an ability to analyse insights and performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker and natural problem-solver.
  • Committed to continuous learning, high performance and quality outcomes.
  • Positive, proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude.
