Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain needs of our operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of supplies, and maintaining accurate data in systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure products are contracted and supplied to ships, assist in coordinating ongoing requirements within various markets, and plan ordering and delivery schedules.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a high level of business acumen, understanding how personal objectives align with business objectives. You will also be a continuous improvement enthusiast, continually seeking ways to improve the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12 months experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or hospitality
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Office, and computerized purchase order systems
  • Accountability, ownership, and willingness to work with an open and good-humoured approach
