Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of finished goods from global manufacturers. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team on a permanent basis and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
  • Plan and execute procurement of finished goods from global manufacturers using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Communicate supply issues proactively to stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and strategic accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, resolve receiving issues, and serve as the key point of contact.
  • Oversight of inbound freight, partnering with logistics to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with demand planners to assist with preparation of presentations for demand reviews.
  • Plan, purchase, and manage Stryker products to achieve supply fulfillment, stock availability, inventory, E&O, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain areas, including sales and operations planning, demand planning, inventory & supply planning.
  • Strong Excel skills, SAP, JDE, and PowerBI experience or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
