Supply Chain Leadership Role

Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management is essential for this position.

A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required to be considered.

Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin language skills are a must-have.

  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Optimization: Prepare and execute inventory management plans to maintain optimal stock levels at the lowest cost.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
  • Storage and Inventory Systems: Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply demands while minimizing excess stock.
  • Tracking and Reordering: Implement tracking systems to record all movements of supplies and finished goods. Ensure timely reordering and restocking based on demand forecasts and lead times.
  • Distribution Logistics: Liaise with internal departments and external customers to fulfill outward goods requirements. Oversee transportation and forwarding logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
  • Supply Chain Transactions: Supervise the recording of all purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.
  • Supply Chain Performance Analysis: Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise supply chain staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies. Monitor staff performance, provide training, and foster a high-performance work environment.
