Exciting Opportunity for a BDM with FX Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Foreign Exchange (FX) to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the FX space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their FX needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure seamless handovers to other teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the FX/CFD environment with a strong understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
