Job Description:
The Supplier Quality Assurance Advisor is responsible for ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors meet contractual and quality standards through audits, inspections, and performance reviews. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting supplier audits and inspections to assess compliance, managing non-conformance issues, performing supplier qualification and re-qualification reviews, and providing guidance on corporate management system policies.
Requirements:- Lead Auditor Qualification (mandatory)
- Engineering/technical tertiary qualification or 3+ years of relevant SQA experience
- Strong understanding of quality inspections, standards, and compliance
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Additionally, this role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and an ability to access protected US defence technology.
