Senior Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality risk and compliance advice to enable the business to operate commercially while remaining compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide line 1 risk support with incident management and regulatory reporting.
- Closely partner with stakeholders to ensure control documentation is maintained and completed, and findings related to internal controls are assessed and reported as required.
- Generate insights to support risk owners in addressing and managing key risks.
- Monitor developments in relevant professional fields and provide technical guidance to resolve escalated problems and provide advice on the business impact of risk management and compliance requirements.
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solutions to deliver a better service to the business.
- Drive a culture of robust risk management and compliance.
- Relevant academic qualifications, e.g., a university degree.
- Experience in a relevant risk management and/or compliance environment or similar.
- Understanding of CPS230 and FAR.
- Experience performing control assurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member.
- Relevant analysis skills.
- A sound understanding of the insurance industry.
- Computer literacy and a good knowledge of relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to articulate technical issues associated with the work area.
