Job Description:

As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for delivering small group day tours to the Blue Mountains. You will provide a spectacular experience to our customers by showcasing the beauty of Australia and its attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging tour content that showcases the best of Australia
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license or higher
  • Ability to speak to a group and communicate effectively to all ages and backgrounds
  • Attention to safety and good driving history
  • First Aid Certificate
