Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred support to clients, promoting their autonomy and dignity
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns
- Certification III in Individualised Support or equivalent qualifications
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- A current Working with Children Check
