Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Townsville. As a key leader in our parts team, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with our team members and customers, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of employees to ensure a safe working environment, meet department targets, and manage customer transactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all sales and customer transactions are recorded accurately using our company systems, minimizing financial loss and ensuring necessary paperwork and payment terms are in place.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and product information, providing advice and guidance to customers, the parts team, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the stock take process, ensuring all parts are accounted for and reported on our internal system.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in the construction, automotive, or mining industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, including communication and motivational abilities.
  • Previous industry and parts experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to evaluate and assess operations, responding to changing needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of stock control packages.
