Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Townsville branch and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, operations, inventory, and employee management. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of optimizing cost and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective production, logistics, and administrative processes.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Financial Overview: Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years' experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing, distribution, building supply, or aluminium-related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Aluminium products, applications, uses, industry, and customers.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and lead teams to success.
