Job Title: Training Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to lead and support our training operations. This role is critical in ensuring our training and assessment practices meet the required standards, while also providing academic leadership to trainers and support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day coordination of training delivery across all qualifications.
• Support trainers and assessors with session planning, resource allocation, and professional development.
• Conduct internal audits, validation, and moderation sessions.
• Coordinate timetables, trainer allocations, and student academic support.
• Liaise with the academic and compliance teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide support during audits and external compliance reviews.
Essential Criteria:
• A certificate or equivalent qualification in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
• Relevant qualifications in one or more areas offered by the institution.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an education environment.
• Strong understanding of the relevant standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, students, and administration teams.
Desirable:
• Experience with student management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance audits.
