Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Conduct critical path analysis, delay impact assessments, and earned value reporting
  • Work closely with delivery, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure accurate integration of scope and schedule
  • Lead planning input into tender submissions and assist in construction methodology development
  • Support EOT and delay claims with forensic analysis and structured reporting
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to the maturity of planning processes across the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in planning and scheduling within construction, energy, or infrastructure, preferably in the electrical sector
  • Expert user of Primavera P6 (essential), with strong MS Project and Excel skills
  • Proven track record delivering detailed programs in D&C contract environments
  • Deep understanding of sequencing, productivity, float, and construction methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
