About the Position:

As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers, operations, and the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing: Utilize MRP Software to accurately process customer orders.
  • Stock & Dispatch Coordination: Validate stock availability and ensure timely deliveries.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Logistics & Deliveries: Oversee dispatch processes and collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee on-time, in-full deliveries.
  • Problem Solver: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong phone and email skills with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive proficiency are essential.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
