Customer Service Associate

We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and positive store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
